Answer: ur vagina will retract back to its origional size in six week after delivery, but u should avoid sex during that period, squze ur vagina 10-12 times, with rep of 5-7 times for early recovery, u can definitely enjoy sex,

First Pregnancy?

Question: Hello, im roughly 6 to 8 weeks pregnant and have not yet been assigned a midwife go and see one in janurary, im so in the dark with pregnancy as this is my first although im 24 i feel totally clueless, should i be taking certain supplements at this stage in my pregnancy, should i start thinking of moistursing my body incase to prevent severe stretch marks as im a size 8 with a petite frame even though im 5ft 9 - please help.

Answer: You should be taking folic acid and eating fairly healthy as from now everything that goes into your body feeds through to your baby. Also forget about all these expensive stretchmark creams all I used was baby oil! You can use the normal one or you can now get it in a gel formula (this ones a little less messy) i used it and am stetch mark free. i would start using it as soon as possible though just to get a bit of elasticity into your skin before it starts to stretch! I used to rub it in morning and night. Hope this helps and congrats!

First pregnancy I had a delivered early what are my chances for the second pregnancy?

Question: I had to deliver my first sleep4you.com/sleep.php/84/baby.html'>baby @ 34 wks on hospital bedrest. How likely will I have to do this again with my second pregancy? Also since I delivered a healthy sleep4you.com/sleep.php/84/baby.html'>baby the first time, is there a chance I'll miscarry this time or will I likely have another healthy pregnancy?

Answer: With my first, my son was born 3 weeks early. With my second, I went 2 days over my due date and then begged for an induction. Every pregnancy is different, unless there is a problem with you physically that caused your first to be born early, for example if you have an incompetent cervix. There is always a chance for miscarriage, but again, unless you have some physical problem that makes you prone to miscarriage, the chance for miscarrying isn't any greater this time than any other time. It's normal to freak out and stress! Just remember every pregnancy is different, and take good care of yourself. That's all you can do.
