How effective are barrier methods or spermicide for prevention of pregnancy?

Question: My birth control pills are giving me high blood pressure so I was told I have to quit them. By barrier method I mean cervical cap or diaphragm.




Answer: You should look into an IUD Diaphrams and cervical caps - can be just about equivilant in protection as the pull-out method. And we all know that's not reliable.

Answer: This is sick! I'm sure it will come naturally and people are free to choose if they want to indulge in it but keep it out of school. We already graduate too many people that cannot read, write, spell, communicate, support themselves. Should it be mandatory to graduate?
