BEST Pregnancy prevention plan for Occasional Sex?

Question: I'm in a long distance relationship, so I wouldn't be having sex very often lol. But when I do, what is the BEST pregnancy prevention method? Is a condom enough? Or should I use condom+Plan B Pills?

Answer: Condom is enough but if you would notice broken condom - take Plan B - read below

Question: My birth control pills are giving me high blood pressure so I was told I have to quit them. By barrier method I mean cervical cap or diaphragm.

Answer: You should look into an IUD Diaphrams and cervical caps - can be just about equivilant in protection as the pull-out method. And we all know that's not reliable.
