Prevent Pregnancy Stretch Marks

What are some ways to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy?

Question: Does anyone have any good recommendations of brands of stretch mark cream or other methods to prevent pregnancy stretch marks? I'm only 5 weeks but I want to get a jump on it before they show up.

Answer: There is really no way to prevent them, if your Mom got them, you most likely will too. I used cocoa butter & an Avon stretch mark cream every day.. and still got them lol :) Oh well!

What can I do to prevent pregnancy stretch marks?

Question: Hey I am 20yrs old, im almost 4months pregnant, my mom and sis has stretch marks but they did nothing to prevent them either... I am drinking plenty of water and using coco butter, I will be soon going to get some bio oil to help also....can anybody help me?

Answer: Pretty much the best and only thing you can do is keep hydrated and keep your skin moist. Unfortunatly if your going to get them, your going to get them. It sucks. But the good news is after about 1-2 years you can barely see them. My best friend had twins and she was covered. her boys are three now and shes hot as ever even in a bikini.

Taking your vitamins daily will help keep your skin beautiful.Giving yourself a full daily supply of nutrients and vitamins not only will help with stretch marks but will keep you and your baby healthy. While your in the shower massage the areas that you are trying to prevent stretch marks, this will increases circulation to those areas which should help too.
