28 weeks pregnant and unable to eat should i see my doctor?

Question: I am now 28 weeks pregnant and all day I have tried to eat when i am hungry but when i do I feel super sick and I end up not being able to eat, is this normal? Should I say something to my doctor?

Answer: Try nibbling on crackers and see what that does. Also drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated. If this persists for a few days then you need to call the doctor to see what they say. My friend through more than half her pregnancy had morning sickness almost every day and had to live off of water/juice/crackers for awhile and finally held down some really solid food. Make sure you are taking your vitamins also and take them right before bed so while you are sleeping you are less likely to get sick and want to throw them up.

28 weeks pregnant with sever back pain, Is there any way to relieve it?

Question: Well I am 28 weeks pregnant with my fist child and lately I have been having sever back pain in my upper back. I have also been having sever heart burn where my chest just feels like it's on fire. I know that these are symptoms of pregnancy and that they are supposed to increase in your 3rd trimester, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips to relive some of the discomfort.

Answer: Hey there, I am 27 weeks and right there with you. I will tell you I was having such sever back pain that I was unable to walk at certain times. The thing that I found to give me the most relief is going to see a chiropractor. I asked my obgyn about it and they said its completely fine. I found intimidate relief and then it continued to get better. Now I just go when I feel like I am starting to have pain again and it help right away. My insurance even covered it. I hope this helps and I would defiantly give it a try if you are looking for something that will help right away. Sorry but I can't really help on the heart burn problem. I haven't had the pleasure yet. :) Good luck with everything and congrats!
