28 weeks pregnant with sever back pain, Is there any way to relieve it?

Question: Well I am 28 weeks pregnant with my fist child and lately I have been having sever back pain in my upper back. I have also been having sever heart burn where my chest just feels like it's on fire. I know that these are symptoms of pregnancy and that they are supposed to increase in your 3rd trimester, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips to relive some of the discomfort.

Answer: Hey there, I am 27 weeks and right there with you. I will tell you I was having such sever back pain that I was unable to walk at certain times. The thing that I found to give me the most relief is going to see a chiropractor. I asked my obgyn about it and they said its completely fine. I found intimidate relief and then it continued to get better. Now I just go when I feel like I am starting to have pain again and it help right away. My insurance even covered it. I hope this helps and I would defiantly give it a try if you are looking for something that will help right away. Sorry but I can't really help on the heart burn problem. I haven't had the pleasure yet. :) Good luck with everything and congrats!

28 weeks pregnant and feeling orgasms in my nipples when lactating?

Question: I am 28 weeks pregnant and have been waking up with the feeling of each of nipples having mini orgasms. I know this sounds weird, but I recently started lactatingand in the morning, which is usually when they drip, it feels so good it's almost ridiculous. Has anyone else had this happen?

Answer: I know what you mean. It's called the "let-down". When my son was first born, I'd get it all the time, at the strangest times. The sound of a drill or the blender or pretty much anything. My son is 14 months now. I'm still breastfeeding, but don't get that tingling anymore. I kind of miss it!
