How do you say what week of the pregnancy you are in?

Question: Lets say you are 6 weeks and 2 days. You are technically you are in your 7th week, but you are 6 weeks pregnant. I just want to know when I am looking at websites that tell you what happening in a pregnancy week to week. Which week would you be looking at?

Answer: If mine were to say 6 wk 2 day I would say 6 weeks.

What are the effects of stress and depression on a 32 week pregnancy?

Question: I am 32 and 1/2 weeks pregnant. My husabnd is an active duty Marine. He has recently started his pre-deployment training. He is my support through our whole pregnancy. I have to send him a red cross message when i go into labor while he is in training. Anyway, with him gone, and no ability to contact him at all, it makes me feel so alone and for the past 4 days since he left, i havent been able to stop crying. I cant keep my mind of his absence because everything in our house reminds me of how much i miss him. But i cannot wander too far from the house in case i go into labor. I am a high risk pregnancy due to my RH - situation. I have had an extremely healthy pregnancy so far, this is my first bump in the road. Does anyone have any advice, or know anything about the effects of stress and depression on a 32 week pregnancy? I appreciate your help.

Answer: I've been there. I found out my husband has been cheating on me just a few weeks ago. I think I was at 34/35 weeks or something. (?) Personally, I lost 10 pounds and my blood pressure went up a bit. (I've since gained most of that weight back) The babies (I'm having twins) were still able to gain weight, they are both almost 7 pounds, and hopefully things will be ok. I had a LOT of people praying for mine and my babies health and well being. I am so sorry for your situation ... my best advice is PRAY, and ask others to PRAY and TRY to make a conscience effort to remain as calm as possible. (Easier said than done!)

What are the symptoms of a 5 week pregnancy?

Question: I took a pregnancy test and both came out positive what are the symptoms of a 5 week pregnancy and what can and cant i do and can you show at 5 weeks?

Answer: Everyone is different, but some women feel fatigue, maybe some morning sickness, tender breast, and increase in urination. But some women do not feel anything and feel fine. It really depends on the woman and the pregnancy.
